Dan Feldstein

Dan began his legal career as a Senior Associate in the Labor and Employment Law Group at Bingham McCutchen (formerly McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen), where he focused on employment advice and counseling, traditional labor law support, and managing individual and class action litigation.

Dan moved in-house to Synopsys, where he was the sole employment attorney for a global technology company with 7000+ employees around the globe. In this role, Dan conducted internal employee investigations, delivered global employment and compliance trainings, and managed employee disputes.

Dan’s next three roles were with startups where he served as the first employment attorney at Zynga, DocuSign and Robinhood. Each launched successful IPOs and Dan was an integral member of their leadership teams. Most recently, Dan served as the head of global employment law at OKX, a web3 and crypto company with offices around the world.

Dan lives in the East Bay with his wife and a rescue pit-bull. He is also the proud parent of two boys (who are both quickly becoming young men). Dan earned his law degree from the University of Michigan School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
