Dan Feldstein
Dan began his legal career as a Senior Associate in the Labor and Employment Law Group at Bingham McCutchen (formerly McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen) in San Francisco, where he focused on employment advice and counseling, traditional labor law support, and managing individual and class action employment litigation.
Dan moved in-house to Synopsys in Mountain View, California where he was the sole employment attorney and ethics officer for a global technology company with 7000+ employees around the globe. In this role, Dan conducted internal employee investigations, delivered global employment and compliance trainings, and managed employment disputes.
Dan’s next three roles were with startups where he was served as the first employment attorney at Zynga, DocuSign and Robinhood. Each of these companies launched successful IPOs and Dan was an integral part of their legal leadership teams. Most recently, Dan was the head of the global employment at OKX, an international web3 and crypto company with offices around the world.
Dan lives in the East Bay with his wife and a rescue pit-bull. Dan is also the proud parent of two boys (who are both quickly becoming young men). Dan earned his law degree from the University of Michigan School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Proven Outcomes & Expert Counsel
"Dan is the best employment attorney I have worked with – hands down. I have worked with Dan for 15 years at four different companies and he takes the time to understand the business goals and then focusses on the key issues that really matter. Whether it was helping companies in hypergrowth set up new offices and scalable policies, managing sensitive employee investigations and separations, or advising on group re-orgs, Dan provided creative solutions that minimized business risk. If done right, a strong employment law partner helps the business grow and avoid legal pitfalls. Dan does it right."

"Dan was Zynga’s first employment lawyer that I worked with closely in my HR career. I saw firsthand how skillfully he navigated a minefield of sensitive, high-stakes employment matters.
From day one, he was more than outside counsel — he was a true partner.
He helped us open and close offices, audit policies, onboard and exit senior executives, and manage complex HR issues that required both sharp legal expertise and real emotional intelligence. When we needed a strong advocate, Dan worked tirelessly to deliver wins. When we faced tough business decisions, his calm demeanor and seasoned judgment gave us clarity and confidence.
If you’re looking for an employment lawyer who combines expertise, strategic thinking, and genuine partnership, you should work with Dan. He’s exactly who you want in your corner!!!"
